Job summary

Stanley Black & Decker, Inc. is seeking a Shipping and Receiving Supervisor-Onsite in Allentown, PA to lead the Shipping, Receiving, and Warehouse teams and ensure on-time, accurate fulfillment of production and customer requirements.

The role requires 2–3 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing or logistics, strong knowledge of WMS (SAP/JDA/Ariba/CHR Navisphere a plus), forklift certification and bilingual English/Spanish desired.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2–3 years of supervisory experience in shipping/receiving/warehouse operations.
• Experience with inventory control, cycle counting, shipping documentation and WMS (SAP/JDA/Ariba/CHR Navisphere a plus).
• Bilingual English/Spanish desired.
• Excellent leadership, communication, planning, and organizational skills.
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Excel.
• Forklift certification or ability to obtain within 6 months.
• Safety oriented with ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, direction, and development for employees in Shipping, Receiving, and Warehouse.
• Oversee daily shipping, receiving, and warehouse activities to ensure on-time, accurate fulfillment.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics with carriers, dock assignments, and 3PL partners.
• Ensure proper storage, labeling, and handling of materials and finished goods; support production.
• Maintain accurate inventory records through cycle counts, audits, and root-cause analysis of discrepancies.
• Enforce SOPs, work instructions, and safety protocols; ensure quality & regulatory compliance.
• Lead, train, and mentor warehouse staff; support HR in employee relations.
• Develop and maintain SOPs for all areas; drive process improvements.
• Work with management to meet KPIs for safety, staffing, quality, accuracy, and on-time delivery.
• Participate in cross-functional meetings and 5S housekeeping throughout the facility.
• Operate or supervise PIV equipment and ensure certification.
