Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of industrial maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on mechanical and electrical equipment.
• Proficient in hydraulics, mechanics, electrical systems, PLCs, welding and rigging.

Responsibilities

• Perform and supervise maintenance tasks across departments to keep plant running safely and efficiently.
• Troubleshoot complex machinery including AC/DC/Servo and instrumentation control systems.
• Lead root-cause analysis and drive proactive maintenance programs.
• Mentor and train junior maintenance technicians and ensure proper safety practices.
• Maintain accurate work records and prepare clear reports.
