Qualifications

8+ years of experience in industrial maintenance, troubleshooting and repairs on mechanical and electrical equipment.
Strong knowledge of hydraulics, mechanics, electrical, PLC, welding and rigging.
Perdue Farms QEW Certification.
Commitment to continuous learning and improving maintenance processes.
High school diploma or GED with equivalent experience; technical degree preferred.

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot, maintain, and repair complex machinery across plant operations.
Perform preventative maintenance and root-cause analysis on malfunctions.
Document work records and prepare clear written reports.
Operate safely with appropriate protective equipment and observe safety procedures.
Collaborate with production teams to improve reliability and efficiency.
Mentor junior maintenance technicians and provide hands-on training.
