Perdue Foods is seeking a Multi Craft Maintenance Technician for 2nd shift in Prince George, VA. You will support safe, efficient plant operations, perform complex troubleshooting, and drive continuous improvement with a hands-on, proactive maintenance approach.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in industrial maintenance and electrical/mechanical repairs.
• Expert proficiency in hydraulics, mechanics, electrical, PLC, welding and rigging.
• QEW certification and commitment to ongoing learning.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform complex maintenance tasks and diagnostic decisions.
• Demonstrate and maintain Maintenance Tech III proficiency within 10 months of hire.
• Troubleshoot PLC hardware and control systems.
• Repair electrical and mechanical equipment; conduct preventive maintenance.
• Lead and mentor junior technicians; provide hands-on training.
