Job summary

Perdue Foods is seeking a Multi Craft Maintenance Technician to keep plant operations running safely and efficiently, across departments, with proactive maintenance and technical expertise. The position offers a target wage of $44.00 - $50.60 per hour, with an annual bonus based on performance; overtime may be available.

A comprehensive benefits package is provided. Schedule is Monday through Friday, 1:00pm-9:30pm.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of industrial maintenance experience.
• Expert proficiency in hydraulics, mechanics, electrical, PLC, welding and rigging.
• Strong problem-solving and preventive maintenance skills.
• QEW Certification noted in Perdue Farms program.
• Commitment to continuous learning and safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Prevent issues and promote proactive maintenance across plant operations.
• Troubleshoot and repair complex machinery, including PLC systems.
• Collaborate with production and other technicians to improve reliability.
• Maintain records and prepare clear oral and written reports.
• Mentor lower-level technicians and provide hands-on training.
