Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of building systems (electrical, heating) and safety practices.
• Excellent planning and leadership abilities.
• Computer literacy and IT skills.

• High school diploma; vocational/technical certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Use hand and power tools, meters, and testing devices to diagnose issues.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance to ensure equipment and buildings run smoothly.
• Repair or replace defective parts and reassemble equipment.
• Diagnose mechanical problems using manuals and blueprints.
• Order parts and supplies from catalogs or storerooms.
• Assemble or repair wiring, piping, and electrical components.
• Comply with environmental and safety policies and regulations.
