Job summary

RTX is seeking an MRO Mechanical Assembler for a second shift at our Minnesota facility. The role focuses on repairing and documenting repair material in an FAA-regulated environment, with hours from 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM on weekdays.

The position requires a HS Diploma, with prior soldering/brazing and manufacturing/assembly experience preferred. Onsite work in Burnsville, MN, with comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma required.
• Soldering and brazing experience preferred.
• Prior manufacturing/assembly experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Test and calibrate parts, solder and braze as needed.
• Demonstrate proper use of hand and machine tools.
• Read and follow procedures, routings and work instructions accurately.
• Assemble and repair parts meeting design specifications and quality standards.
• Plan and prioritize work to meet production schedules.
