Qualifications

• HS diploma with minimum 1 year of relevant manufacturing experience.
• Must be a U.S. Person as defined by U.S. immigration law.

Responsibilities

• Maintain manufacturing equipment and process integrity.
• Follow safety policies and perform tests.
• Operate microscopes for inspection tasks.
• Ensure product quality standards with zero defects.
• Meet deadlines and customer expectations.
• Comply with quality systems and audits.
• Contribute to cost reduction and continuous improvement programs.
• Obtain required skills, knowledge and certifications.
• Route reworked assemblies for testing.
• Assemble parts per blueprint specifications.
• Fabricate instrument parts by crimping, staking, cutting.
• Keep materials, equipment and work area clean and orderly.
• Report progress to lead or supervisor.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
