Job summary

Collins Aerospace in Burnsville, MN is seeking a MRO Mechanical Assembler to repair and document repair material in an FAA-regulated environment. This is a 2nd shift role, Monday–Friday, 3:00 PM–11:30 PM, onsite.

You will test and calibrate parts, demonstrate tool use, read procedures, and assemble parts to design specs while meeting quality standards and production schedules. This position is safety sensitive with FAA drug and alcohol testing and offers a comprehensive benefits package

Qualifications

• Typically requires a HS Diploma.

Responsibilities

• Test and calibrate parts, solder and/or braze to specifications.
• Demonstrate proper use of simple hand and machine tools.
• Read and follow procedures, routings, and other work instructions.
• Assemble and repair parts that meet design specifications to quality standards.
• Plan and prioritize work to meet production schedules.
• Work well in a team environment.
• Must follow repair documentation.
