Job summary

Exegistics Inc. is seeking a Machine Operator – Molding in Dallas, TX. The role involves setting up and operating transfer molding, injection molding, and dispensing machines to produce polyurethane, neoprene, and epoxy connectors and bodies.

You will follow process sheets, monitor cycle times, and ensure quality while maintaining a clean and safe workspace. Candidates should have a high school diploma/GED and 1–2 years of production experience; basic computer and Excel skills are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum High School diploma or GED.
• 1-2 years production experience in manufacturing preferred.
• Must have basic computer skills to utilize email, IFS ERP system and basic Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate transfer molding, injection molding and dispensing machines.
• Monitor machine operation and detect malfunctions; adjust pressures, times and temperatures.
• Record production data and report cycle times and part counts.
• Maintain clean, safe work area and follow safety regulations.
• Communicate with supervisor for instructions and coordinate activities.
