Qualifications

• Extrusion experience in a plastics manufacturing environment is required.
• 5-8 years of extrusion experience with Milacron and Cincinnati machines.
• Strong quantitative skills with expert knowledge of measuring tools.
• Skilled at getting lines within specification with thorough troubleshooting.
• Must be able to work 12-hour shifts.

Responsibilities

• Read and follow the production schedule.
• Perform changeovers and start-ups on pipes.
• Adjust controls to meet measurements; record hourly readings.
• Troubleshoot associated equipment and PLC interfaces.
