Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate wire & cable machines per work instructions and safety rules.
• Read job specifications to determine machine adjustments and material needs.
• Activate machines after setup and verification; monitor process and cable quality.
• Troubleshoot process problems and address machine malfunctions.
• Communicate effectively with team; maintain documentation and reports.
• Willing to cross-train in all machine operations and support continuous improvement.
