A medical device manufacturer in Clinton, MA is seeking a Mold Technician for a direct hire opportunity on the 2nd shift (Monday-Friday, 3:00pm-11:00pm). The role involves setting up production jobs, troubleshooting molding processes, and using the ERP system for operational tasks. Candidates should have at least 1 year of experience with injection molding machines and mechanical maintenance skills, alongside knowledge of plastic resins.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year experience operating an Injection Molding, Extrusion, or Blow Molding machine.
• Experience in mechanical maintenance in a manufacturing or military environment.
• Knowledge of plastic resins and resin drying systems.

Responsibilities

• Set up and change over injection molding production jobs.
• Troubleshoot product defect problems using validated data.
• Utilize ERP system to monitor rejects and enter downtime codes.
