Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent required; technical certification preferred.
• 2+ years in mold maintenance or similar role.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and understanding of molding processes.

Responsibilities

• Perform regular inspections and maintenance on production molds.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and repair mold issues to minimize downtime.
• Collaborate with production and engineering to improve mold performance.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repairs.
• Follow all safety protocols during maintenance tasks.
• Assist in design and implementation of mold modifications.
• Perform inspections on molds and equipment; optimize setup time.
