Aapstaff is seeking a Mixer/Extruder Operator to handle mixing, extrusion, and related material handling tasks in our production area. The role emphasizes safety, quality control, and efficient production with attention to detail and timely execution.

The candidate will operate extrusion and mixing equipment, weigh ingredients, handle materials, and assist in maintaining clean, organized work areas. Forklift operation may be required to move materials and products.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years experience in industrial manufacturing.
• Plastic compounding experience preferred.
• Forklift (sit-down) experience preferred.
• Knowledge of lock out tag out and safety procedures.

Mansioni

• Operate plastic extrusion and mixing equipment, including setup, adjustments and QC tests.
• Weigh and mix ingredients; perform material handling tasks.
• Weigh and package finished products; clean work area and machines.
• Operate forklift and aerial platform lift as needed; support equipment.
• Document processes and report anomalies to supervisors; maintain quality records.
