Job summary

Lavelle Industries, Inc. in Burlington, WI is hiring a full-time Mixing Operator for the 2nd shift (3:00 pm – 11:00 pm, Monday–Friday). You will join a small, cross-trained team in the compounding department, helping to kick off the production process and support a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

No prior mixing or milling experience is required—training is provided. Candidates must be able to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for long periods, and meet safety requirements; benefits include 10

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate mixer
• Set up and operate weigh scales
• Set up and operate the mill
• Set up and operate batch-off equipment
• Perform material handling to move materials to and from the designated locations
• Record and submit accurate production and quality data, work records, etc., appropriate to the position
• Perform department TPM and/or 5S checklists as assigned
• Follow standard work, line clearance, and setup verification procedures relevant to position
• Follow PPE and safety rules specified for the work area
• Participate in problem-solving and continuous improvement activities
• Train others within the work area
• Perform other duties as assigned
