Job summary

AdvancedPCB seeks a reliable Microsection Lab Operator to perform chemical bath analysis and prepare micro-sections in a high-reliability PCB manufacturing environment. You will detect nonconforming product, collect data, and support process improvements while adhering to safety protocols.

The role is full-time in California with 2:30 pm–11:00 pm shift, weekends as needed to meet production goals. HS diploma and 3 years PCB manufacturing experience required; IPC knowledge beneficial.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent.
• Three (3) years minimum experience in PCB manufacturing.
• Must be able to read and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily and routine chemical bath analysis and facilitate changes and additions.
• Prepare and evaluate micro-sections per required specifications.
• Identify and control nonconforming product
• Prepare and perform all statistical data collections required.
