Job summary

AdvancedPCB, a leading PCB manufacturer with over 40 years of experience, is seeking a reliable CNC Drill Operator to join our team in California. You will set up and operate CNC drill machines, inspect panels, remove copper flash, and ensure adherence to IPC standards and safety procedures.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years in PCB drilling, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work 2nd shift with overtime as needed to meet production goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 3 years’ PCB CNC drilling experience.
• Understanding of industry standards (IPC) is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up, load, unload and operate CNC drill machines with minimal supervision.
• Load, unload and set up drill cassettes according to traveler drill sizes.
• Visually inspect panels for surface defects and ensure quality.
• Follow Process Procedures and safety rules at all times.
• Accurately complete all quality and lot tracking documentation.
• Collaborate with supervision to meet departmental goals and reduce overtime.
