Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in the printed circuit board industry or similar manufacturing environment preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and understand job specifications.
• Proficient in basic data entry and comfortable with standard computer use.
• Willingness to work overtime, weekends and holidays as needed.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain lamination equipment and related department machinery.
• Enter jobs into the manufacturing tracking system.
