Southwestern Behavioral Healthcare in Evansville, IN is seeking a dedicated Full-Time Mental Health Technician for the 2nd shift. You will work in our supervised group living/residential dual diagnosis programs, providing supervision, support, and skill-building to help clients achieve independence.

Starting pay is $16 per hour. The role emphasizes a person-centered approach, with an orientation program to be completed within six months of hire.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience with individuals with psychiatric conditions desirable.
• 40 hours per week.
• 2nd Shift: 3:00 pm – 11:00 pm.
• Proficiency in interpersonal and writing skills.
• Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in residential settings to develop recovery and independent living skills for adults.
• Use a person-centered approach to help residents reach recovery goals.
• Not responsible for hands-on care.
• Complete orientation program within six months of hire.
