Promises Behavioral Health is hiring a Full-Time Behavioral Health Technician at our Worcester, MA facility. The role provides oversight in a residential setting for adults with co-occurring diagnoses, with around-the-clock supervision of the milieu and support for treatment initiatives.

Entry-level position with pathway to growth. Shifts available include 7am-3:30pm and 3pm-11:30pm, with pay at $17/hour and a $1 shift differential on second shift.

Qualifikationen

• At least one year of experience in addiction or mental health fields.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of information.
• Ability to document thoroughly in EMR.
• Knowledge of CBT, motivational interviewing, trauma-informed care, and related approaches.
• Ability to work in a residential treatment setting.

Aufgaben

• Provide 24/7 supervision of the client milieu and support treatment initiatives.
• Transport clients and manage safety protocols.
• Stock and inventory client items and provide access to essentials.
• Perform administrative tasks and maintain client records.
• Document client behaviors and attendance in programming; monitor vitals.
• Assist medical/nursing team with medication observations.
• Facilitate non-clinical group sessions within scope.
