Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Valid driver's license preferred.
• Experience working with youth and residential programs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in maintaining daily routines while youth are in the residential program.
• Provide skills and support to enable clients to regain coping abilities.
• Create a therapeutic milieu to facilitate healing.
• Work with nursing staff and treatment team to implement interventions.
