Job summary

Volt is hiring multiple Mechanics in Mabank, TX. The role involves teardown/rebuild of turbine engines, disassembly and re-assembly of equipment, and installing mechanical parts.

Some positions include testing components, cabling, wiring, and sub-assembly, with a schedule of Mon-Fri 1pm-9:45pm and frequent overtime, including Saturdays. These are full-time, temp-to-hire opportunities with pay between $18.00 and $21.00 per hour depending on education, experience, and duties.

Qualifications

• Prior experience using hand and power tools for mechanical tasks.
• Good interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Ability to pass a 7-year background and drug screen.

Move Forward with Volt! Volt is immediately hiring multiple Mechanics in Mabank, TX.

Responsibilities

• Teardown and rebuild turbine engines
• Disassembly and re-assemble equipment
• Install mechanical parts and components
• Some roles will entail testing components, cabling, wiring, assembly and sub-assembly

Schedule: Monday - Friday - 1pm - 9:45pm. We offer LOTS of overtime and Saturday work.

These are full-time temp to hire opportunity.

Qualifications

• Prior work experience working with hand tools, power tools that entailed some for of mechanical work
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to pass a 7-year criminal background and drug screen

Pay Rate

Pay Rate*: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour DOE

*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
