Qualifications

• Supervisory experience in manufacturing.
• Experience in shipping/receiving operations.
• Strong communication and writing skills.
• Willing to work 45-50 hours weekly and overtime.
• Familiar with ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• In charge of outgoing and incoming shipments.
• Manage up to 8 material handlers plus a shipping coordinator.
• Inventory control.
• Continuous improvement.
• Support bay functions and help where necessary.
• Ability to understand our systems; ERP knowledge a plus.
