Job summary

PSG, a Dover company, is seeking a Material Handling and Receiving Supervisor for 2nd shift. This role will lead warehouse activities, supervise 2nd shift material handling and receiving, and coordinate with 1st shift leadership to drive site goals.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in manufacturing with supervision, and a background in inventory control, lean principles, and Oracle ERP. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment with supervision.
• High School diploma required; Bachelor's in supply chain or business administration preferred.
• Lean Manufacturing experience or Six Sigma/Lean Certification desired.
• Oracle ERP experience preferred.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and direct personnel to support site revenue plan and schedule.
• Lead shift huddles to communicate daily action plans and safety alerts.
• Oversee stockroom material movement and inventory accuracy with 1st shift leadership.
• Document, implement, and train on Oracle-based stockroom procedures.
