Job summary

Royal Technologies Corp. in Hudsonville, MI is seeking a Materials Supervisor for the 2nd shift. You will supervise a team, oversee outgoing and incoming shipments, and drive inventory control and continuous improvement across the plant.

The role requires prior shipping/receiving and supervisory experience, strong communication, and the ability to multitask under pressure. ERP familiarity (Syteline) and scanning proficiency are a plus. Nuclear overtime may be needed.

Qualifications

We are looking for a Materials Supervisor for our Hudsonville, MI facility. The position will be on 2nd shift. We are looking for people who have a supervisory background with experience in shipping and receiving.

Responsibilities

• In charge of outgoing and incoming shipments
• Manage up to 8 material handlers plus a shipping coordinator
• Inventory control
• Continuous improvement
• Support bay functions and help where necessary
• Ability to understand our systems. Prior ERP knowledge a plus
