Royal Technologies in Hudsonville, MI is seeking a Materials Supervisor for the 2nd shift to lead shipping and receiving operations and a team of up to 9 people.

You will manage outgoing and incoming shipments, inventory control, and ERP-driven processes while driving continuous improvement and cross-functional support.

We are looking for a Materials Supervisor for our Hudsonville, MI facility. The position will be on 2nd shift. We are looking for people who have a supervisory background with experience in shipping and receiving.

Responsibilities

• In charge of outgoing and incoming shipments
• Manage up to 8 material handlers plus a shipping coordinator
• Inventory control
• Continuous improvement
• Support bay functions and help where necessary
• Ability to understand our systems. Prior ERP knowledge a plus
