Job summary

Royal is seeking a Materials Supervisor for our Hudsonville, MI facility on 2nd shift. You will supervise up to 8 material handlers and a shipping coordinator, oversee incoming/outgoing shipments, and manage inventory with a focus on continuous improvement.

Knowledge of Syteline ERP is a plus. The role demands strong communication, time management, and attendance, with 45–50 hours per week and overtime flexibility.

Qualifications

• Prior shipping and receiving experience is required.
• Past supervision experience is required.
• Excellent communication and writing skills are required.
• Able to multitask under pressure.
• Excellent attendance record is required.
• Experience with Syteline and scanning functions is preferred.
• Good understanding of material systems and procedures.

Responsibilities

• In charge of outgoing and incoming shipments.
• Manage up to 8 material handlers plus a shipping coordinator.
• Inventory control.
• Continuous improvement.
• Support bay functions and help where necessary.
• Ability to understand our systems; ERP knowledge is a plus.
