Royal Technologies in Hudsonville, MI is seeking an Assembly Team Coordinator for 2nd or 3rd shift to support quality, scheduling, and material flow on the shop floor. This role blends quality checks, line leadership, and production support to ensure on-time delivery of perfect products to customers.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or equivalent, is comfortable with downtime tracking, and can work 2nd or 3rd shift with a team-focused, customer-oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or 3–5 years of manufacturing experience.
• Willing to work overtime.
• Able to work 2nd shift (4pm–12am) or 3rd shift (12am–8am).

Responsibilities

• Support quality/inspections; act as runner, line lead, material handler, and scheduler.
• Audit finished products and manage material flow to prevent downtime.
• Schedule and organize work within the department by established priorities.
• Print paperwork and labels; scan products in and out.
• Escalate non-conformances and monitor shop floor operations.
• Assist shift supervisor with changes and downtime documentation.
• Complete changeovers and manage pull requests; fill in for stations during breaks.
• Operate hi-lo as needed and leverage downtime data to improve performance.
