Job summary

O'Neal Steel LLC in Little Rock, AR is seeking a Material Handler for the 2nd shift. You will load and unload materials in a fast-paced warehouse and move items using forklifts, cranes, and conveyors to the correct location.

Requirements include operating a range of material-handling equipment, reading a tape measure, and delivering high-quality service to internal and external customers. Overtime may be required, Monday through Friday.

Qualifications

• Ability to operate a wide variety of material handling equipment including forklift, overhead crane, stacker crane, side loader, yard dog, etc.
• Ability to use a variety of hand tools including grinder, bander, drill, hammer, pliers, screwdriver, wrench, etc.
• Ability to accurately read a tape measure.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload material within a warehouse.
• Move material to and from trucks or trains and within the storage facility using handling equipment.
• Follow pre-established guidelines; primary functions do not require independent judgment.
