Job summary

O'Neal Steel in Greensboro, NC is hiring a Material Handler for the 2nd Shift. You will load and unload material, operate forklift and cranes, and move items within the warehouse using hand trucks and other equipment. A strong focus on accuracy and safety is required.

Responsibilities include using a variety of tools, reading tape measures, and delivering high-quality work to customers. Overtime may be required and a background check will be conducted.

Qualifications

• Ability to use a variety of hand tools (grinder, bander, drill, hammer, pliers, screwdriver, wrench, etc.).
• Accurately read a tape measure.
• Provide high quality work to internal and external customers.

Responsibilities

• Operate a wide variety of material handling equipment including forklift, overhead crane, stacker crane, side loader, yard dog, etc.
• Use a variety of hand tools to prepare and move material.
• Read a tape measure accurately and maintain quality of output.
