Job summary

O'Neal Steel has an opening for a (2nd Shift) Material Handler at our Pittsburgh, PA facility. You will load and unload material within a warehouse using forklifts, overhead cranes, and conveyors, moving goods to and from trucks or trains and within storage areas.

Responsibilities include operating multiple material handling machines, using hand tools, and reading tape measures. Must work 2nd shift Monday–Friday with overtime as needed; background check and drug screening required.

Qualifications

• Ability to operate a wide variety of material handling equipment including forklift and cranes.
• Ability to read a tape measure accurately.
• Provide high quality work to internal and external customers.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload material within a warehouse using hand trucks, forklifts, overhead cranes, or conveyors.
• Move material to and from trucks or trains and within the storage facility.
• Follow established guidelines and work instructions; no independent judgment required.
