Job summary

Oatey Co. is seeking a 2nd Shift Material Handler I in Cleveland, OH. The role requires pulling material, scanning with RF devices, and ensuring accurate put-away into designated bays.

You will follow safety protocols, operate powered industrial trucks, and support production with essential consumables. Highlights include a 2nd shift schedule (Mon–Fri, 3:00 p.m.–11:30 p.m.), a high-school diploma requirement, 1–4 years of warehouse experience, and forklift certification.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–4 years of warehouse experience.
• Good communication and English fluency (verbal and written).
• Forklift operator authorization and safe operation.
• Ability to comply with weight limits and wear safety tether.

Responsibilities

• Pull raw material request orders and deliver to production centers; scan with RF device.
• Return material to the raw warehouse and consolidate into bays; scan on put away.
• Follow safety procedures and PPE; report equipment issues.
• Report scrap or quality problems to supervision.
• Maintain good housekeeping and 6S participation.
