Challenge Manufacturing’s 2nd shift forklift operator role at our Richmond, KY plant supports safe material handling and on-time delivery. You will move, load, unload pallets, stack materials, and ensure accurate inventory while following safety and environmental rules.

We seek a high school diploma or GED, with basic English literacy, and the ability to work up to 12 hours, including weekends. Benefits include medical/dental/vision, ESOP, 401(k) match, tuition reimbursement, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English to safely perform duties.
• One month related experience or training; or equivalent education/experience.
• Previous material handling experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operates forklift and lifting devices to move materials safely.
• Unloads, stacks, and transports materials within the plant.
• Maintains accurate inventory on work floor and aids production teams.
• Follows safety, environmental, regulatory, and company procedures.
• Recharges batteries or replaces liquefied gas tanks as needed.
