Job summary

O'Neal Steel seeks a Material Handler for the 2nd shift at the St. Joseph, MO facility. The role moves materials using forklifts, cranes and other equipment, and involves handling tools to prepare shipments. You must read tape measures accurately and provide dependable, quality work for internal and external customers.

Schedule is 2:00 PM–10:00 PM, Monday to Friday, with overtime as needed. A criminal background check and drug test are required upon offer.

Qualifications

• Operate a wide variety of material handling equipment including forklift and overhead crane.
• Use hand tools such as grinder, bander, drill, hammer, pliers, screwdriver, wrench.
• Read a tape measure accurately.
• Provide high quality work to internal and external customers.
