Job summary

Packaging Corporation of America (PCA) seeks a reliable team member for 2nd shift (3:00PM - 11:00PM) to support manufacturing operations. The role focuses on increasing productivity, reducing downtime, and maintaining equipment per 5S standards while following safety rules.

You will assist all plant floor jobs, work cross-functionally, and contribute to a safe, fast-paced production environment with overtime/weekend flexibility as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Pass pre-employment background check and drug test.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs., bend and sit for extended hours.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Support a manufacturing operation to increase productivity, reduce downtime and waste.
• Assist all plant floor jobs as needed.
• Follow all safety rules and lock-out tag-out procedures.
• Maintain shop and equipment per 5S standards.
• Other duties as assigned.
