Job summary

Packaging Corporation of America (PCA) is seeking a production-oriented team member to support a manufacturing operation on the plant floor. The role focuses on increasing productivity, reducing downtime, and maintaining 5S standards while working closely with fellow production personnel.

Candidates should be safety-minded, able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, and willing to work first or second shift with overtime as needed. Authorized to work in the United States.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Must be able to work overtime and weekends.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Available for first and second shifts.

Responsibilities

• Support manufacturing operation to increase productivity; decrease downtime and waste.
• Assist all plant floor jobs as needed.
• Follow safety rules and lock-out/tag-out procedures.
• Maintain shop and 5S standards.
• Other duties as assigned.
• May stack parts up to 30 lbs. for up to 12 hours.
