Job summary

Packaging Corporation of America (PCA) is seeking a team member to support a manufacturing operation, helping to increase productivity and reduce downtime. The role requires assisting all plant floor jobs, following safety rules, and maintaining equipment per 5S standards.

The position offers evening/night shifts (6:30pm - 5:00am), competitive starting pay, paid time off, and standard benefits. Candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S. and have a good attendance record.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED.
• Must be able to pass background check and work authorization in the U.S.
• Be committed to a safe work environment.

Responsibilities

• Support a manufacturing operation to boost productivity and reduce downtime and waste.
• Assist all plant floor jobs as needed.
• Follow safety rules and lock-out/tag-out procedures.
• Maintain shop and equipment per 5S standards.
• Other duties as assigned.
• May stack parts up to 30 lbs for up to 12 hours.
