L3Harris Technologies is seeking a Manufacturing Technician B, 2nd Shift for our Orange, VA site. The role supports assembly of advanced solid rocket propulsion components and works with a cross-functional team to fabricate, assemble, and prepare products for shipment.

The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent plus manufacturing experience. It operates on a 4/10 schedule (10-hour days, 4 days/week) and emphasizes safety, quality, and timely production.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent with 4 years manufacturing experience, or 2 years post-secondary with 0-2 years experience.
• Ability to understand and follow written and oral instructions.
• Ability to follow safety practices.
• Ability to establish cooperative working relationships with the work team and those contacted in the course of work.
• Ability to perform mathematical calculations accurately and quickly.

Responsibilities

• Precision assembly of complex aerospace components.
• Case prep, line and cast, cure, strip, and machine solid rocket propellant.
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor and/or lead.
