Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent with 4 years of related experience, or 2 years post-secondary/Associate degree with 0–2 years related experience.
• Willingness to work 3/12 Friday– Sunday 3rd shift.
• Ability to work safely in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• 50% - Full scale propellant mixing; prepare materials and perform full-scale mixing, organize materials and equipment, under engineer supervision.
• 10% - Mathematical calculations to create acceptable mixes and fill manufacturing data sheets.
• 35% - Grinding; assemble grinders, grind materials for mixes, weigh material bins, disassemble and clean equipment.
• 5% - Other duties as assigned, such as AP prep for grinding and support of new production initiatives.
