Job summary

Acara Solutions is seeking candidates for a second/third shift electronics assembler in Melbourne, FL. You will assemble components onto PCBs, test assemblies, and support production of high-quality electronic products.

The role requires hands-on experience, fine manual dexterity, and the ability to read instructions and follow procedures. Overtime and background checks apply, with ITAR compliance for U.S. persons.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience requiring fine manual dexterity.
• Minimum 2 years of electro-mechanical assembly experience in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Assemble electronic components onto PCBs following detailed procedures and visual instructions.
• Inspect materials and completed work to ensure accuracy and quality.
• Prepare and pre-form component leads according to IPC standards and assembly requirements.
• Identify and report defective components while maintaining accurate work-in-process.
• Support production flow through board washing, packing, and maintaining a clean workspace.

What You'll Do

• Assemble electronic components onto printed circuit boards (PCBs) following detailed procedures and visual instructions
• Inspect materials and completed work to ensure accuracy, quality, and compliance with standards

• Identify and report defective components while maintaining accurate work-in-process within your work cell
• Support production flow through board washing, packing, and maintaining a clean, organized workspace

Job Requirements

What You'll Bring

• High school diploma or GED
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience requiring fine manual dexterity

Additional Information

• Must be willing to work overtime and weekends when needed
