Job summary

Advance Services, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Bearing Inspection Machine Operator for the 2nd shift to verify bearing quality and operate inspection machinery.

You will perform visual and dimensional inspections, handle data and paperwork, and ensure accurate labeling and packaging for shipment. The role requires efficiency, safe work practices, and the ability to work independently on a fast-paced manufacturing floor.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and quality-minded approach.
• Experience with precision gage measurements and inspection equipment.
• Ability to operate forklifts, packaging tools, and data entry systems.
• Good communication skills and ability to work independently.
• Physical capability to stand, walk, climb, bend, and lift up to 30 lbs. with some pushing up to 500 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Conduct visual and dimensional inspections of pinions, axles, and roller products.
• Set up, operate, and troubleshoot IBG and other inspection equipment.
• Perform final quality checks and record inspection data accurately.
• Manage packaging, assign lot numbers, and labels for shipment.
• Move products and packaging using forklifts and manual handling.
• Complete relevant paperwork including non-conformance reports and quality documentation.
• Maintain a safe and efficient work environment by adhering to procedures and safety standards.
