Job summary

bioMérieux is seeking a Manufacturing Service Technician 2 for the 2nd shift in Durham, NC, to operate high-speed, highly automated equipment for BacT/ALERT bottle production and packaging in a cGMP-driven facility.

The role covers setup, inspection, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, batch completion, and accurate documentation. Candidates should have at least 1 year in a regulated production environment and familiarity with SOPs, OSHA, and GMP guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Operate high-speed manufacturing equipment and automated lines using HMI/SCADA interfaces.
• Perform setup, inspection, maintenance, troubleshooting and cleaning per SOPs.
• Complete batch paperwork accurately and on time for production records.
• Review and revise Manufacturing Directions and SOPs as needed for compliant manufacturing.
• Assist with deviation analysis, CAPA actions and other quality-related activities.
