Job summary

bioMérieux in North Carolina is seeking a Manufacturing Service Technician 2 for 2nd shift to operate high-speed, heavily automated manufacturing equipment and support packaging processes in a cGMP environment.

You will execute production activities, maintain accurate batch documentation, and contribute to process improvements. The role requires a background in regulated manufacturing and willingness to work 12-hour shifts with potential weekend hours.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in a regulated production/operations environment or equivalent military experience.
• Experience operating high-speed, highly automated production equipment.
• Knowledge of OSHA, FDA and GMP regulations preferred.
• High school diploma or GED required; BioWorks/LEAN/CI certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate high-speed manufacturing equipment (some highly automated) using HMI/SCADA interfaces.
• Execute production activities per approved Manufacturing Directions while following SOPs.
• Ensure batch paperwork is accurate, thorough and timely.
• Support manufacturing/deviation analysis and CAPA actions as needed.
• Train and certify teammates on production processes and procedures.
• Generate reports and KPIs to monitor performance and data-driven decisions.
