Job summary

bioMérieux seeks a Manufacturing Service Technician 2 (2nd Shift) to operate high-speed, automated equipment for BacT/ALERT bottle production in a cGMP environment. You will complete batches with precise documentation, follow Manufacturing Directions and SOPs, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality and continuity.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in a regulated production/operations environment (or equivalent military experience).
• Experience operating high-speed, highly automated production equipment.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations (LOTO, electrical safety, etc.) is preferred.
• Knowledge of FDA and/or GMP regulations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate high speed manufacturing equipment, including automated lines, using HMI/SCADA interfaces.
• Execute production activities per approved Manufacturing Directions and SOPs.
• Ensure batch paperwork is completed accurately and timely.
• Assist with review and revision of Manufacturing Directions and SOPs.
• Support CAPA actions and deviation analyses as needed.
