Job summary

Atkore International is seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor for the 2nd shift in Hebron, OH. This role will supervise hourly Razor production employees to meet safety, quality, delivery, and cost metrics while improving facility performance.

The ideal candidate has an associate degree or 4+ years in manufacturing, with stamping experience preferred, and proficiency in MS Office. Experience with AS400/JDE/SAP is a plus, and the position emphasizes safety, training, and process discipline.

Qualifications

Associates degree; or 4+ years' relevant work experience.
4+ years' experience in a manufacturing environment, with metal stamping experience preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Experience with AS400, JDE, Lean Manufacturing, and/or SAP preferred.

Responsibilities

Adherence to Atkore Safety / Life Saving Rules is paramount
Training, coaching, and developing the hourly Razor workforce
Develop and conduct training for new associates
Establish work procedures and schedules to meet customer demands
Work closely with leadership to ensure all processes are accurate, documented and updated properly
Uphold and enforce company policies, values, procedures, and housekeeping practices
Create and modify standard work
