Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Improve safety for personnel on production lines.
• Drive initiatives to reduce errors, improve quality and increase productivity.
• Adhere to production schedule, assign personnel, monitor progress, and report results.
• Plan, oversee and document training of personnel.
• Conduct annual employee performance reviews.
• Coordinate with purchasing, planning, and warehouse for material availability and schedule.
• Liaise between Manufacturing and Engineering.
• Support manufacturing process measurement and documentation.
• Drive continuous improvement projects.
• Support digitalization to implement tools like Digital Work Instructions and dashboards.
