Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 5+ years leading manufacturing, production, or operations teams in an assembly-based/in industrial environment.
• Experience driving performance, schedule attainment, labor utilization, capacity management, and efficiency.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills across Planning, Supply Chain, Quality, Engineering, Maintenance, Materials.
• Ability to work onsite in Grand Prairie, TX, with a 2nd shift starting at 3:30 pm.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily manufacturing operations to meet production, quality, delivery, productivity, and cost goals.
• Drive continuous improvement to increase throughput, schedule attainment, and labor efficiency.
• Coach and develop supervisors and production teams to foster accountability and a high-performance culture.
• Analyze KPIs and data to identify gaps and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with Planning, Supply Chain, Quality, Engineering, Maintenance, and Materials to improve material flow and resolve issues.
• Identify constraints and implement process improvements to enhance safety, quality, delivery, and productivity.
• Support scalable processes and leadership practices to enable future growth.
