Job summary

Tropicana Brands Group seeks a Maintenance Supervisor to lead hourly EMTs and support the Maintenance & Engineering Manager in achieving cost, line efficiency, safety, and productivity targets.

The role follows a 3rd shift schedule (5:30 pm–6:00 am, Sun-Wed with occasional weekend rotation) and requires a BS in a relevant field plus 5+ years in a high-speed manufacturing environment with US work authorization. Salary range: $80,000–$100,000.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Science, Engineering, Maintenance Technologies or equivalent.
• 5+ years in a high-speed manufacturing environment.
• US work authorization (citizen/green card/ unrestricted EAD).

Responsibilities

• Manage hourly EMTs Dayshift and Offshift.
• Lead maintenance techs to achieve PM completion and root-cause analysis.
• Advance TPM and preventive maintenance processes.
• Ensure equipment reliability and coordinate with suppliers.
• Maintain budget and safety compliance.
