Job summary

Tropicana Brands Group in City of Industry, CA is seeking a highly qualified Maintenance Supervisor to support the Supply Chain team and Maintenance & Engineering Manager. You will supervise hourly Electro-Mechanical Technicians and oversee maintenance to meet cost, line efficiency, waste, safety and productivity goals.

This 3rd shift role offers competitive pay and comprehensive benefits. Salary ranges from $80,000 to $100,000 per year, with a Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in a high-speed

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Science, Engineering, or Maintenance Technologies or comparable work experience.
• Minimum 5+ years in a high-speed manufacturing environment.
• Maintenance experience in a food and beverage environment is preferred.
• Permanent, unrestricted U.S. work authorization.

Responsibilities

• Supervise hourly EMTs and manage dayshift and offshift crews.
• Lead maintenance technicians to meet PM, troubleshoot, and root-cause analysis.
